I am suppoded to update on the latest happening
but life had been busy for a while
and anyway...my nieces kept conquering the
net so....i just let them have their way...
Anyway...the day after they left...i had a minor surgery...
in KPJ to remove the fatty lump in my
shoulder blade...
We went there early in the morning...
for admission....
as in checked in to the hospital...
then...by 8.30 i was wheeled in OT..
which was pretty cold..
It makes me wonder why do they have to make
the room so very cold..
i wasn't nervous like the first time...
but the cold relly got to me...
i was shivering...
by the time the tubes were inserted into my vein...
but the effect of the anesthetic was
pretty quick...
i was out within seconds...
was having a pretty nice dream through the surgery
actually...
and was rudely woken up at the end of it...
hmmm...now i've forgotten what it was...
i felt a kind of heaviness at my shoulder blade area...
it's the pain but i could't feel it yet because of the
painkiller or the numbness..
but i did feel sore though...
then after swallowing one painkiller...
wallah....i don't even feel the pain...
just sort of stiff...and sore...
The good doc came to inspect his handy work at 4pm and
i requested to be discharged that evening...
i don't think i will get a good night sleep there considering
my noisy neighbour in the next bed...
who kept a sort of feast going on...
i thought she was the one who was sick but
apparently it was her mum...
anyway..the hospital would be way too cold at night...
and i miss my soft bed...
I was still abit dizzy from the effect of the anesthetic..
but well...i insist on going home...
The fat was a big blob of fat...like chicken fat according to Chin...
but i didn't get a good look since the nurses were busy
taking my blood pressure reading and stuff...
But as of today...
i'm still taking the pill so i don't really feel the pain...
all i can say is i feel sore...
that's it...
