Clean Bill of Health...

Recently...as in in November...
Chin and I were given a clean bill on our health...
this is the second time we did our annual health check...
and so far...
we are healthy...
except that Chin has a slightly high BAD cholesterol...

It is scary nowadays...
not knowing if you are healthy or not...
of course you don't feel sick...
neither do you have any symptoms...
but yet...
danger could lurk anywhere...
just beneath the surface...

I have heard of people who are perfectly healthy today...
and then suddenly popping off the next....
so on the safe side, no matter how scary,
go for a yearly check up...

This is especially important for those who have a family
history of health problems like
heart attack or cancer....
diabetes....or any other lah...

We recently signed up with
the wellness programme done by KPJ hospital
(Seremban Specialist Hospital)
which is quite a good programme because it covers almost all the
diseases known....

This is where i met a really good and caring gynae...
Dr Ishak...
and he is a gentle soul...
one who listens and gives suggestions...
and asks for your opinions...
and basically does not intimidate you....
that spoken...of course...
tomorrow i have an appointment with him....
and that is another story...
