Chin and i attended the CPR opurse organised by
the Seremban General Hospital last Sunday
and it had been beneficial for us
all.
They taught us the latest CPR techniques
and how to count the beat to the songs of Billy Jean,
Staying Alive and Balik Kampung.
We got to do hands on activity -
doing compression on mannequin and then
doing the first aid training too...
people were so innovative....
using bottles etc to help hold broken bones
from moving.
We enjoyed it so much and another
interesting part was
almost all the Volunteer Faci were doctors from
all over.
Well...we met so really young ones...like just graduated....
It was a good training and i know now
if i were to be in such situation, i would know what to do.
