Some people are trully irritating and troublesome...
and acting high and mighty....

I'm of course talking about the ULBS coordinator from
a school from Tampin...and oh...
he thinks he is soooo goood....
but communication is really down the drain....
Wasting my time.....
This guy said that he would come to my school to do
coordination but he didn't specify what he is
going to do...
so since he asked for my timetable it is only
right for me to think that he wants to enter the class and at least
observe 15 minutes of the whole process...
so when i reminded him of the timetable thingy he said
and i quote....
"not like i'm entering the class...just pull out some students
and bring them to a room to do the ULBS...so what's the hassle..?"
And he got the decency to ask if i'm a new KPS...
eh...heloo...i've been doing this ULBS shit for as long as i could
remember ok....
My team of pemantau back in Miri
are more efficient and time saving
and money saving too on top of that...
We don't send our pemantau to half around the district
or state to do coordination...
we saved energy and time...
and we still find time to slot in our lessons....
Not like this stoooopid state that i end up in now....
the pemantau is half across the state and i can't even
contact him....
calling him on the phone to inform last minute changes is impossible...
If u r so afraid some women call ur phone...
u might as well quit the position and give it to someone
who is available and can communicate better...
Imagine...i was waiting...we were all waiting for him to come
last Monday...
and when i smsed his hp he didn't reply...
then i call for nearly 10 times...still no answering his phone...
And on top of that he didn't appear...on that day...
i only get a brief sms explaining that he couldn't come on Monday night...
Eh hello...if u can't make it on Monday...
you have to call on Sunday night to inform ok...
Then we won't waste our time waiting for you to appear...
Tahi lembu....punya orang....
He makes my blood boiled man...
But well....
Why would i concern myself...
i have better things to think about...
happier thoughts....
Life is too short to fret over people like this....
and this r the kind of people that will be sucked into the system...
and one of the major causes of inefficient system....
