When we buy a house, we always hope for the best...especially the best neighbours around us. So far our neighbours are ok....mostly Chinese and 1 sarawakian next door to us....the husband is from Sibu...lucky us...
Anyway, last Saturday, our neighbour on the right finally made an appearance. He and his family were on their way back to Rembau and they hoped to be able to at least meet us. The wife is a teacher and she hopes to get SMK Bukit Kepayang when she is transfered back to Seremban. I wish her all the best in hoping for Seremban but we'll never know. Anyway, they have 3 boys and they are wild....uncontrollable and do not understand that they are entering others' house and that they have to behave. I have been brought up with a strict code of conduct which stresses on the importance of good behaviour in others' vicinity. Well, that explains my own extreme discomfort if people have children whom they do not impart this code. It is a universal code of behaviour i believe that all parents should emulate. Children who d not behave accordingly only reflect their parents' attitude towards proper behaviour.
To make a long story short, the children were eating junk food and they threw the debris on the newly mopped floor, banged the door on the wall which dent the paint on the wall, climbed out of the bay window, swing their legs while sitting on the bay window area and bang them on the new pristine white speck less cabinet, quarreled and cried and of course touched the pristine white wall with their junk-food covered fingers. Chin quickly lured the children and parents alike out.....phew...after they left we had to cleaned the wall and the floor once again....what a NIGHTMARE....
