We went to visit the house the first thing in the morning. I have not seen the house after it was painted 2 weeks ago. Chin said the colours were very beautifully combined especially the purple room. I knew that that would be my favourite room. So on that day, we went to inspect he house. The kitchen cabinet is almost done though the tiles at the side came off. The window cabinet and the upstairs cabinet were half way done. I did't relly like the yellow colour at the staircase. i think that it was a bit dark...like odd sort of yellow...one that is know as Kuning tahi...hahah...but at the top of the staircase with ample light, the yellow actually look nice. The room that i like most is the room downstair. The yellow combined with orange is a perfect match.....really soothing. Overall, the colours are not bad....one can grow to like it....Nga Tzai, Makiei and a friend came to see the house on that day. They showed mix reaction. Nga Tzai quite like it i think though i told him that if he were to stay as a guest, the purple room awaits him.
Now, there is the problem of choosing the right grille. The grille man came but we couldn't decide on any of the old fashion grille. I was quite frustrated because Chin kept pushing me to make decision when i refuse to do so....i know that the right design will turn up...we just have to be patient but he feared that people might break into the house to steal things. The 3 empty houses next door were broken into.
So we decided to go back and search on the net for the perfect grille for the house...
It's not easy to make decision because the grille is for life...once its on, its on...taking it off will not be economical...
We are not rich afterall...
